All of our items come directly from the manufacturers who may offer extended warranties past our initial 30 day defective period. All of our items are sold as is and although we will assist with defective returns we do not offer a money back guarantee. Since all items are imported from overseas they may be subject to customs, especially for large orders. Toys are not subject to customs but other elctronic items may be. On smaller orders it is not much of a concern but if you have a question you may want to contact your local customs office before ordering. Some of our items such as green lasers may also be regulated in certain states. Please check with your state or local government before ordering. We will not be responsible for losses due to customs confiscation.
